The AC and WiFi worked great. The highlight of our vacation was meeting Oscar M. Cuenca at the reception desk. He was very professional, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I hope he will be at the reception desk on our next visit. 6 out of 5 stars. We wish the pool opened earlier (instead of 11:00 am). Thank you Oscar!!!!

Hotel was beautiful and had outstanding views of the Iguazu Falls. It was 15 mins from the Iguazu airport. Hotel had many options for cocktails and dining. Room was comfortable but you had to lock the balcony door due to pesky monkeys. All staff were polite, professional, helpful and friendly. Wall decor and photos were beautiful. Infinity pool was popular, however we didn’t use it. Access to the National Park was very convenient and easy, and you can take a quick train to the falls. Hiking trails at the falls were a bit crowded this time of year, but it was a gentle, clean walk - it was not a dusty dirt path. The falls are spectacular. Definitely recommend staying at this hotel. You will love it.

Hotel is fine but starting to look dated pools are great Staff is nice but very neutral, not engaging enough with customers and the informations provided on surrounding attractions are very light as if they are unaware of the current events SPA is ok but not in line with the high end Spa , towels and robe from previous guests left in the changing room Food is average, great choice of wine as long as you know Argentinian wines well , other than that the server did not provide guidance Breakfast buffet was very average, good bread however but again not enough fruit selection and indication (name older ) of the food being displayed could be done in a more esthetic and consistent way. Other than a few employees, lobby bar waiter (female) and the lady with glasses in the restaurant, everyone else did not reflect the joy of working in hospitality.
